Upon account termination for reasons attributable to Player misconduct, nnn999 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not related to Player misconduct and the account balance has been verified as legitimate real-money funds, nnn999 will return the outstanding balance to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
